Our Story 

Salvo was born and raised in Italy, where the aroma of fresh basil, simmering sauces, and handmade pasta filled the air of his childhood.  Inspired by generations of family recipes and the warmth of Italian hospitality, Salvo wanted to bring a taste of Italy to this community.

That dream became reality with the opening of our restaurant on Wilton Drive, a place where authentic Italian cuisine meets a fine dining experience.  Every dish on our menu reflects Salvo's passion for tradition, quality and community.  From handcrafted pastas to rich, slow-cooked sauces.  We invite you to experience the heart of Italy right here at our table.
