Our Story 

                                      Salvo was born and raised in Italy,

                                      where the aroma of fresh basil,

                                      simmering sauces, hand-made

                                      pasta filled the air of his

                                      childhood. Inspired by generations

                                      of family recipes and the warmth

                                      of Italian hospitality, Salvo wanted

                                      to bring a taste of Italy to this

community.

That dream became reality with the opening of our restaurant on Wilton Drive, a place where authentic Italian cuisine meets a fine dining experience.  Every dish on our menu reflects Salvo's passion for tradition, quality and community.  From handcrafted pastas to rich, slow-cooked sauces.  We invite you to experience the heart of Italy right here at our table.
