ABOUT US
SALVO Osteria Romana is a restaurant aimed to serve authentic Roman dishes along with most renowned Italian specialties using only Italian products and the ability of Giancarlo Le Donne, a graduated chef from the Italian Culinary Academy.
Salvo Mulé, the creator of the concept is known by the local community for his multiple activities ranging from Piano Bar to Night Club and now Restaurant; Salvo wanted a place to add to the vibrant atmosphere of Wilton Drive with elegance, good food and great service.

THE CHEF
Giancarlo Le Donne is a classically trained Italian chef, educated at the prestigious Accademia Italiana dell’Arte Culinaria. He specializes in creating authentic Roman dishes, using simple, high-quality ingredients to evoke the true, timeless flavors of Italy in every bite.
